Sven A. Schäfer is a technology thought leader with more than two decades of experience in building and scaling enterprise software.

He studied computer science at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and co-founded several companies early in his career. Together with Mirko Holzer, he built what later became Uptempo (formerly BrandMaker), where he laid key technical and architectural foundations for a broad range of enterprise products. Over the years, he worked across engineering, architecture, and product leadership roles, most recently as Principal Product Expert with a focus on AI-driven capabilities in product management.

Today, Sven is building Secos Rocks, an AI-driven approach to materialize software from formal specifications. His work focuses on executable requirements, deterministic builds, and auditability by construction — providing a structured alternative to ad-hoc or purely code-centric “vibe coding” approaches.

He works at the intersection of product strategy, architecture, and AI, supporting complex B2B SaaS and enterprise platforms through structured thinking, clear semantics, and strategic sparring at senior and C-level.
