My position has morphed over the years to where I am still recruiting and meeting people within the tech community in Nashville day in day out but also managing a team of 12 recruiters, putting out content on all social media platforms on how to better position yourself in the job market, and speaking at conferences across the southeast as well as in Nashville on how to leverage recruiters in the job market. Recruiters get a bad reputation and rightfully so. My goal is to always be an advocate not only internally at Vaco but to the community on how to do recruiting the best way possible.
