It depends. If you like coding web apps, build a webapp; Il you like video games, code a 2D/3D RPG for example; Do you like algorithms ? Code your implemetation of data structures in language of your choice, or a famous algorithm like A*; Do you prefer desktop apps, or real-time apps ? Code an Electron app or a C++ daemon. Your only limit is your imagination (and your skills, actually) :) To my mind, the most important is not the number of languages you know, it's the numbers of side-projects, tutorials, scripts, etc, you share with the world on your GitHub that actually matters. Languages evolve, or change very often, but your coding skills get better only with practice. The only advise I would give you is : practice, practice, and share with the world !
