Communication skills are similarly as important as technical skills. I will even say that disappointments in software teams result more often from communication issues than from technical problems. I believe that working in a team might be one of the most challenging aspects of being a software developer, and that a lot of us can improve in this area. so its very important to having good communication skill if you work within team.

I think python language is more easy than others
