Thanks for the comment. I found the solution after digging really deep a year ago. Anyway the marker will also show normally on run build as well so you don't have to remove the strictmode. It's just when you are in development and is in strictmode, the marker won't show. would you consider give me a follow on dev.to? :) Thanks https://dev.to/vatana7
