Hi everyone! My name is Vaz and I'm a Desktop Support Analyst at a University in the UK. I have a passion for helping people solve their technical issues. In my current role, I am responsible for providing technical assistance to end users and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with their computer systems. I am constantly learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in order to provide the best possible support to my clients. Outside of work I’m actively pursuing several Microsoft Azure and DevOps certifications, and I'm excited to share my knowledge and experiences with you through this blog.
