I think it's amazing that you manage to have your architecture in your head. Out of curiosity, would you like to share a bit more on how you use Jira as a Kanban? I mean, do you add more details as points or checklists inside each card that you add in Jira? Thanks for adding in about Gliffy. I'm going to check it out. :-)

Awesome tools there, Jakub! Yeah! Gotta agree with you on Slack! One question though: On Trello, do you use the checklists feature extensively within each card to breakdown granular details of your tickets?

I kind of understand where you're coming from regarding the deadlines, Robert. Curious to know, when you break you project down into smaller parts, do you note it down somewhere? Probably write quick points on a piece of paper?
