Good point, especially about a daily report and a year-long one sharing the same shape. I used 1 ms to demonstrate enforcement, but that doesn鈥檛 tell us what a sensible shared budget would be. I鈥檒l add a note about testing realistic parameter ranges and checking both timeout values when diagnosing failures. Thanks for the suggestion!
