It is the Rust skills entrance exam for the Polkadot Blockchain Academy: https://polkadot.network/academy/ There are some other pieces of it that I thought would make interesting Rust articles. I am going to focus on getting all of my writeups for Advent of Code finished (which is heavy on Rust content), and then I will revisit some of those other topic ideas.
