So i did find an alternative for this problem. For some reasons I could never publish app via Xcode. Instead go to Dev tools from xcode menu and launch application loader and use it to upload your apps. This works like a charm.

If you wish to build robust user centric web applications, PHP is one of strong contenders. If you wish to work on huge data driven applications, python is your friend. Its best choice to be made for huge data set processing, analysis and such sorts. A tip is to learn the fundamentals of language first and then move towards learning frameworks. Have experience using Laravel and so far, no complaints there. The framework has great documentation and has a also has a lots of tutorials and resources to achieve whatever you can think of in web apps.
