Yeah, “the human context window for the whole team” really resonates with me. On the planning side, I don’t think I have a magic solution either. It still comes down to getting the important decisions made early. AI actually helped me find gaps in the requirements, but then I had to go back to the team to clarify them. Luckily, my manager was pretty quick at making decisions, which helped a lot.

Exactly. I didn’t expect that part either. And reviewing other people’s AI-generated code adds another layer to it.
