I think you can learn pretty much anything online, almost equally well, and for free.
But it'll be harder to prove to future employers. You can make some websites though, which helps.
Depending on the job market where you are, there might be some 3 month bootcamps that teach some webdev. What you can learn in 3 month is somewhat limited of course (thats why online), but many people seems to get hired after that.
