I really value when companies trust their employees to do the right thing and respect them as adults. Auth0 has a really collaborative, trusting, and transparent culture. I could hardly believe it when I started. I was really worried about being micromanaged at my first remote job and it was very far from that. If anything, people will warn you you're not taking enough time off.
