hmm there is still IRC and newsgroups so it will remain to exist I guess, regarding relevance ... google discontinued their RSS aggregator and I think that was actually the killing blow. If I remember correctly.

what replaces RSS aggregators as a means to pull in multiple news feeds? Is it a Franz which pulls in twitter, discord and others into one frame?
Are the contents of the RSS relevant? Are there better libraries for news?
