Hi,
This extremely a good one. I feel this bridges the gap between a designer and a developer. I have tried many of the tools WYSIWYG kinda tools, although not to an extreme extent but there is reason for that.
- There are tools to convert a design directly to code. But they break at some or the other point. Or you will have to design in that platform and it takes a while for you to get the hang of those tools.
- You cannot get that extreme level of feasibility like you do in normal hand coding ;).
- You can use those tools to design some static pages, landing pages and stuff not some data hungry pages or totally dynamic pages. Think of this Salesforce cannot design their whole website in some builder.
- Yep if you can afford/have that patience/ or not so complicated to learn one more thing you can check out.
Check these too
Bootstrap studio
Supernova
You can even use tools like avocode/figma and design mockups directly in that. So that they can get some code out of those tools directly.
Check out this article I wrote on this very topic Link
Hope this helps in some way.
