DevOps is a culture which contains couple of process and practices so i feel it is having couple of relation and with industry but exactly depending upon the Industry.
Let me explain the stuff how i'm relating these 4 components 1. Industry 2. Culture 3. Process and 4. Practices. So the major practices of DevOps are to automating the stuffs, provide rapid delivery which can be projected and define how we want achieve by process which comes from different culture and the culture varies organisation to organisation or industry to industry. So what i feel is these all components are tightly coupled and we can 't skip any of the components.
