No because:
- coders would be expected to know a few libraries/frameworks to do specific/general tasks.
- it's more time consuming and "old age" to use vanilla js this days
- it doesn't showcase any experience of a coder if he/she uses vanilla js
- despite all the non-vanilla js features going native into vanilla js, there would still be loads of them that would be necessary in coding but not in vanilla js.
