If you're already a React Native developer, I must say no, unless you need to build something that really needs performance or access some API that is not available through RN.
I am an Android developer, and most of the time I'm asking myself if i should keep going with Android or migrate to React Native, since RN let me build apps for both platforms and in an easier way.
