I am trying to get a contact list from Thunderbird, but the problem is that the installation is completely broken. I'm switching the person over to Outlook, but I need somehow to extract the list of contacts from Thunderbird. Every time I start Thunderbird it freezes within 1 minute.

Can I extract the list of contacts from a file, maybe with a program?
