It's a very simple and relative feature actually, you could just copy and paste this solution from your already existing search engines I think.
The idea is, over time the RFAs will get huge and currently there are no tag sorting or categorization features to sort the types of articles requested. So, I am suggesting that a simple partial search would improve the whole experience as compared to infinite scrolling, as this would help a user to quickly jump to an article request and submit their articles to the list.
