I am using it in my next venture. The current pricing option, $3.50 per million API calls after a free-tier of 1 million calls, has forced us to opt for this. It is definitely the best service from Amazon.
The main focus has been making the API Gateway easier to understand. One of the things that sets Amazon API Gateway different is its native API management.
Here's what Matt Wood said at the product launch : "Everything is software. Everything is available via API". I am really excited to see more companies adopting it.
