It's cool that you really have a project you're trying to work towards but unless you are going to pay for a mentor. I don't think you will get anyone willing to help you build an app from start to finish. They could help you along the way to figure some things out but not build it for you, and you really should'nt want them to build it for you. I see you tagged some languages, do you have experience with the those languages or are those languages you have gotten good coments about and have decided you want to learn? Also you are going to have make a backlog or a user story, so a backlog simply put is a list of features that your app will have. For example: Your app should have some kind of authentication: a way of verifying the identity of each user that comes on to your site. Think about that.
