@himanshu47 the term you are looking for is Semantic Analysis .

If you're looking for semantic analysis api you can go for https://cloud.google.com/natural-language/
If you are looking for python related packages I would recommend TextBlob , you could look in my repo in where I have implemented textblob to analyze tweets github.com/beeeku/twitter-sentiment-analyzer
If you're looking for a js package then I would recommend this package named Sentiment . I have implemented it in a simple api.ai chat bot and it works great .
