How can I build a chatbot without knowing AI or Machine Learning?
Is it even possible? Is there any API/library that I can use to build intelligent chatbots? If anyone has any experience doing this, I would love to hear it.
Hi! With knowledge in development, but no particular expertise in ML or AI, you can still develop chatbots using bot platforms. Many have seen the light of day these past weeks. I personally use Recast.AI, they manage natural language processing in a nice way.
