Break it down into small tasks, do one every day. :) Build that momentum.
Look at competitors, see them building better products every day, making press releases, all while succeeding and taking away market share -- then have a panic attack and rush back home to your computer to code away for a couple days/weeks/months knowing you can code something better.
Why did you decide to create this company? Some reduce this to the compatibility of the founder and niche in the market, or the founder and the problem being solved. People want to see an entrepreneur who is sufficiently charged and experienced to lead his startup to the result.
However, it seems to me that everything is still easier. I adore meeting people who are engaged in the work of their whole life and without it they could not exist.

usually by doing it.
Willpower is important, either you take the risk or you don't.
If you cannot get your ass up because you procrastinate maybe the idea is not important enough for you?
So if you're afraid / uncertain:
You will always face obstacles, you will always have a chance to fail life is in constant flux, there are no guarantees.
We as humans are usually more afraid of the unknown not about specific things.
And as soon as you finally muster the willpower and bravery to venture into the unknown and believe in your idea .... we can talk about how to reach your goals.
If you're not willing to move, why talk about directions?
