When losing focus I start dancing, moving, cleaning the kitchen or other household chores that require physical movement. Also yoga or running or walking for 30 mins helps a lot. Other than that:
- shutdown all unnecessary windows - especially email and other social apps.
- i remember why i do the things i do
- let the passion ignite the engine again and go with the flow
- make use of active meditation especially for programmers
