Mostly RWD, but I'm coming across projects where the content shown on mobile devices differs from the desktop version. Think along the lines of HTML ordering and structuring. So from there it may become more of an adaptive approach. Not ideal, I know, but: clients. ;)
Yes, exactly my dilemma. Technology is promoting RWD but we cannot deny the fact that most projects require different content and layout across viewports. Another thing to consider is cost implication. RWD is economical compared to multiple versions that cost more time.
