I hope you got a job since you asked. Here’s what I do, for future readers.
First things first, I don’t stress; there’s an old quote I developed into a mantra: “When I’m sad, I stop being sad and feel awesome instead.”
Especially when I left a bad job, I feel strengthened; getting the burden of such a bad job always made me feel good. If one can achieve this mindset, getting a new job is super easy. Whenever you get to a company with such a happy face, there’s a high chance they will hire you; no one wants a depressed worker. If you can show them you don’t need the job urgently because you are running out of money, but you want to work with them because the job is exciting, you also have better chances.
And if you get positive response from potential employers, it will again make you feel better.
Whoever reads this, good luck, and try to have fun finding a new job!
