What are your favorite resources (blogs, social network; whom should i follow?, magazines etc.) to keep your knowledge up to date? I've finished my vocational training in 2015 and I find that it's really hard find good resources to learn new things / techniques.

Actually it depends on the your interests but there are some sites contain many sections and you can follow the section of your interest.
Two major sites I usually follow are dzone.com and www.infoq.com
For Specific technologies you should follow the official sites newsletter.
Personally, I like the concept of weekly report so I subscribed into the following weekly report sites
1-python weekly : pythonweekly.com
2- NoSql weekly : nosqlweekly.com
