I'm working on a feature of google extension. Feature is that I've to make twitter videos and gifs downloadable. Videos on twitter have blob URLs like – src=blob:twitter.com/e66bc1cb-76c9-4060-adf7-282591f47e29 . How do I go about downloading this video (with the blob URL) (preferably without any dependencies).

When we hit the play button on twitter, in the network tab it fetches .m3u3 and .ts files.
