Certifications are double edged; some think they are worth it, many don't. I personally, would not get certified in something so disposable. New frameworks come out every month (week?), development of frameworks moves at a breakneck pace and choice of framework is incredibly opinionated. What works today in a framework probably won't work tomorrow.
Certifications like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, C#, .Net, PHP have much more value in most opinions but again - mileage will vary based on industry need and demand.
