Have you ever think about creating a tool based on Symfony to help people make websites ? Not necessarily a CMS but an administration generator or something similar.
Developing a framework like Symfony is a lot of work. We do have many admin gen written by the community and that's the great thing about Symfony. I don't have to do it all :)
