I agree with some of answers about communication that is a super general term! However, I would be interested in such a program in case it has specialised content for we developers such as negotiating on a technical issue with spesific use cases. Or dealing with someone in the team or out of team who doesn't agree with me about something related to issue, again with spesific use cases. And I think having that kind of coaching may also help the developers who want to move on some leading roles in their career path to gain skills like presentation or better self-expression.
