No, it's not dying. But it's true that we haven't given it the attention it deserves due to our other commitments. However, we have plans to devote more time to MERN in the coming days and address the pending issues, PRs etc.
This is a wonderful boilerplate, but solving the issues with it out of the box is turning it into a mini project of its own. I'm glad to hear that it's going to get some love. :)
