The procedure here is handled by Coil. The work of Coil can be seen as that of a provider. So a user registers on Coil with a monthly payment of $5. You can look at this like you're putting $5 into your Coil wallet. Then for every web monetized content you consume as a user, money would be removed directly from your wallet to the Creator.
The great thing about this is that, Coil has made it known that, irrespective of the tons of contents a user consumes monthly, the $5 would spread across it all. So you don't have to worry about ever finishing your subscription for the month.
