Hey Ujjwal,

It's too difficult to tell what might be the problem without any real data or logs. I'll recommend two ways to debug and monitor :

Use newerlic in your Node.js app and it can tell where the bottleneck is.
Use pm2/keymetrics to monitor your Node.js app and see what might be affecting the performance.
