Just use the Tux :P (Disclaimer: I don't have a Mac and I will probably never have one cause I only trust my Linux machine)
Oh and I forgot to mention that I used these OSs: all Windows versions from 2003 (I think) (I have a separate gaming PC for fun), Arch which I configured myself from the ground up, Manjaro (Which I really love but has performance issues on USB, Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo, Kali (also as a daily driver :O) , Kubuntu, BlackArch (I am constantly thinking of using it as a live system cause it seems better than BackBox, it is just not yet worth loosing my config), FreeBSD, HardenedBSD (which I also liked but support wasn't good enough), elementary OS for some weeks and TailsOS (when I traveled in the summer and could only access my data from internet cafés)
I used it for some work at the company I work for (I built a Safari plugin) but it is just not cool. I don't like it. It is amazingly designed and everything is easy to get but it blows away lots of opportunity. My favorite system so far is a BackBox Linux on a Live USB (which is a good, fast usb) with a second partition with all my data in my home folder. I created 2 scripts, one for import and one for export that imports and exports all my data on run, with all the system settings and my installed apps. It is fast, secure and very very portable. Plus fast as hell with an USB with over 200Mb/s read speed
Have a Macbook Pro at home (not for work) and haven't upgraded yet. If I have time somewhere I will do it though ;)
That's how argued as well (coming from somebody who was running Gentoo for two years prior to switching to Debian for a couple of years until switching to elementaryOS) until I was forced to work on a mac for a couple of months, two months later I got my own MacBook Pro, now all my dev work (for the past 3 years) is done on my Mac, all my desktop PCs and servers are still running Linux though.
