- Work fewer hours. Overworking yourself can be just as bad on your body as not exercising.
- Whenever I play video games or watch TV I hop on my exercise bike.
- Use a standing desk ( standing vs sitting uses ~ 50 calories per hour ).
- Use your lunch break to get outside and exercise if possible. If not then at least do jumping jacks and situps indoors.
- Count calories when you're eating.
