Well, I start myself. I am going to incorporate the following:
- Motivate new developers in our team to write unit tests for each new feature that we are going to build.
- Talk to upper management and try to allow more freedom for our developers e.g. no rigid timing, work from home facilities etc
- Make the CI/CD pipeline stronger.
