I agree with Paul Wolke. I used Notepad++ for over a decade. Then I went to Atom (since it was the free, open source, version of Sublime), and because of Hashnode... I learned that everyone and their grandmother was using Visual Studio Code. After about a month of using nothing but VS Code, at this point in the game, it beats the liver out of Atom, imo.
