For getting started with Solidity, the best framework is no framework.

There are frameworks out there but they all add unnecessary layers of complexity to an already very complex area.

It is much better to work with tools that serve single purposes and abstract repetitive tasks. These are a lot easier to setup and grasp - the best tools are the ones you forget you are using!
