For organization of tasks you can try with asana or trello, for other side the last friday i went to a conference and know about Quipu. And for the moment i think it's the best i can offer to you :)
Thanks for your quick response. Asana is quite good, i used it for one project. Currently i'm trying freedcamp.com, and i'm pretty happy with it (Calendar, file upload, task status, discussion file). Trello is a bit to simple for what i wanted to have.
