I prefer ResumeGenius and ResumeTyper apps from ET. They both allow to choose a template and preview your resume. Then there are several formats to print it out or save as it is. I'm not sure though about the basic do's and don'ts when writing about any online courses in a resume (if they do not give any certificates). Or VisualCV, but you need to sign up to use it.
