There has been an emergence of React like view libraries lately. There is Preact, and the new kid on the block is Inferno. I’ve heard that is best performant React like library. I’m on the fence whether to try it in production or not.

Does it have a synthetic event system just as React does? Could anyone learned enough give the exact differences pros and cons, etc…?
