I am right now on a spiritual journey. The last 5 books I have read over the last 6 months are spiritual.
Swami Vivekananda
Sadhguru
Om Swami
Planning to break the spiritual roll with one of my favorite authors. Going to read Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder by Nassim Nicholas Taleb
Diego Bernal That would be "inner engineering". Though it does not cover meditation in detail, it talks about the mind and concepts around it which will be helpful for a beginner. Many of the books covering meditation cover a lot of detail -- either in mind awareness techniques or short stories (fiction). So, if you want an absolute beginner experience to meditation, all that is required is some action -- observe our own breath. That is meditation 101.
