When it comes to picking a library like ReactJS, I am curious what goes into this decision making process. Based on my observations, people seem to be picking it because it is popular, people are talking about it and people assume it's good because Facebook made it.
If you only started using it because the place you work at chose it before you started or someone else did, choose the last option. Conversation invited.
I intentionally left off an option for, "I am not using it" because this poll/question is aimed at developers already using React, not using something else or considering it.
All the above plus other equally important reasons?
I think your initial question "Choosing React over a SPA framework" is not answered in the alternatives in the poll. I personally don't like SPA because it adds a layer of complexity to the analytics behind it. It's far easier to develop analytics strategies to "route based" websites than SPA.
j
