what diffents between health care and medical muchine?

I have way to medical or health care section.

When 2 years ago, health care sector with smart watch(powered bluetooth) is trend in my country.

But, I'm not convinced.

I’m unsure what you mean with medical machine. Large medical devices like a MRI? I can image that build / developing for those machines is quite interesting.

In the end it all depends on your local health care market. In my country the health care sector is pretty conservative. Data security is a very serious topic here. This has to do with the fact that e.g. a family physician can be sued if he/her loses personal oder medical data of the patients. At the same time most of them are far from (IT) technical experienced. So there is much mistrust against fancy bleeding edge technology. Another thing is, when data is stored in data centers, then its an unwritten mandatory that the data center have to be in this country and not, like the most centers in the US due its laws for accessing data by its federal authorities. Working with hospitals is a bit more fun. Means they have mostly an own data center and a good infrastructure. Also the software you need to talk to have mostly good data exchange interfaces (like HL7).

I worked at a company who build document management software as well as archiving solutions. Basically the whole backend that powers e.g. a hospital. Every document, X-Ray scan and report created during your stay in the hospital gets uploaded and archived to our System and will be archived for the mandatory time (by law) of 30 years. Other clinic software can demand these information through the same interfaces and the staff can do some workflow like for surgeries incl. pre- and post prep. Later in a smaller start up I worked on software which assists and controls the complete path of the patient starting at the local family physician through clinic to aftercare. We installed our software on every participant on this path and synced the data using a sync server in a data center (Client-(local)Server-Server architecture). Like mentioned the health sector is pretty conservative and our concept was lets say ahead of the time (from sector perspective). So the start up went down because you need a lot of money and endurance in that sector plus there is no real room for market share growth because of cutthroat competition.

As you see it depends very much on the local sector and which part you playing in this. Hope this little insight helped you for your decision.
