What optimizations do you consider for your NextJS app in production?

What is your preferred minify plugin? Do you inline css? How about responsive images?

What are your tips and tricks for passing Lighthouse, Pingdom, and GTMetrix tests with flying colors?

Compress images (compressor.io is pretty good)
Integrate CDN (Cloudflare, MaxCDN etc)
Run Next JS app nearest to users location (AWS Lambda)
