If the company won't use any new technologies and stick to the same technology stack for a long period of time then it is better to switch you career with another new place since the technology is rapidly changing and if you are stuck in the same tech stack for about another one year, when you come out from there you will feel like hell when you heard that all the techs you knew was outdated.
