New Relic is pretty awesome, the only thing we use currently is the built-in Google Cloud monitoring which is good enough for our needs.
Alternatives to New Relic can be found here, the only one which I've played with is DataDog, but that's also a paid solution: alternativeto.net/software/new-relic
